Measure at the Right Time:
- Optimal time for measuring is in the evening when your fingers are likely to be at their largest due to daily activities.
Choose the Right Finger:
- Ensure you are measuring the finger where you intend to wear the ring. Keep in mind that fingers on your dominant hand may be slightly larger.
Gather Your Tools:
- Use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper, a ruler, and a pen.
Method 1: Using a Ring You Own:
- Select a ring that currently fits the intended finger.
- Place the ring over a ruler, measuring the inside diameter in millimeters.
- Use a conversion chart to find your size.
Method 2: Measuring with a Strip of Paper:
- Cut a strip of paper about 1/2 inch wide.
- Wrap it around the base of the intended finger.
- Mark where the strip overlaps.
- Measure the length from the end to the mark.
- Use a conversion chart to find your size.
Silicone Stretches:
- If you find you are in between sizes or not 100% sure of your size, we suggest to choose the lower of the two sizes. Silicone rings do tend to stretch a little.
Account for Knuckles:
- If your knuckles are significantly larger than the base of your finger, consider a size that slides comfortably over your knuckle and fits snugly at the base.
Temperature Matters:
- Finger size can fluctuate with temperature. Cold weather may cause your fingers to shrink, while warm weather can make them expand.
